Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Brain80 account and all associated data, including any WhatsApp Business, Messenger, or Instagram business data we process on your behalf.

Option 1 — Delete from within Brain80

1. Sign in to your Brain80 account.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Submit a request by email

Email privacy@brain80.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, emails, messages, call recordings, meeting transcripts, notes, spreadsheets, Drive files, and all company data associated with your account are permanently deleted. Backup copies are removed within 90 days, except where required by law.
