Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, business information), usage and log data, and business communications data processed on your behalf (email messages, WhatsApp Business messages, call recordings, meeting transcripts, and uploaded files).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve Brain80; to authenticate users and manage accounts; to deliver email, messaging, and meeting features; and to fulfil our contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp Business Data

When you connect a WhatsApp Business account through Brain80, we process WhatsApp messages and associated metadata on your behalf, in accordance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API Terms and applicable privacy law.

Your Rights
